How N8Go works
Two things make booking a trip harder than it needs to be: prices move while you’re deciding, and there are too many options to feel confident about any of them. Here’s how we handle both.
Lock Your Price
Hold today’s price for up to 90 days
When you find a flight or a stay you’re happy with, you can pay a deposit — typically 12% of the price — to hold that exact price for 30, 60 or 90 days. During that window the price is yours regardless of what happens to the market.
When you’re ready, you pay the balance and the booking is made. The deposit is deducted — it is part of the trip cost, not a fee on top.
If you don’t book
If the window passes, or you cancel the lock, your deposit is converted to N8Go travel credit. The full amount converts — we don’t keep a portion of it. That credit is valid for 12 months and applies automatically to your next booking.
Be clear on this before you lock a price
Travel credit is not a refund. It cannot be paid back to your card, exchanged for cash, or transferred to someone else. It can only be spent on N8Go Travel bookings. If that doesn’t suit your circumstances, book directly instead of locking a price.
Paying over time
Separately from price locks, you can spread the cost of a booking across monthly instalments. The booking is confirmed with the supplier once the final instalment clears. A price lock holds a price; an instalment plan pays for one.
Flights and hotels
Booked separately, always
We’ll show you a flight and a hotel together so you can see the whole trip. But they are never sold as a package. Each one is booked directly with its supplier — the airline, or the property — under that supplier’s own terms, with its own price and its own confirmation.
N8Go Travel acts as your agent in making those bookings. That means you contract with the airline and the hotel, not with us, and you deal with each booking on its own terms. Any total we show across a trip is for your planning only — you’re never charged a single combined amount.
In practice this is usually better for you: you can change or cancel your hotel without touching your flight, and each supplier’s own protections apply directly.
Deciding what to book
Fewer options, better reasoning
Describe the trip you want and we’ll assemble it from live availability — with a short explanation of why each flight and each property was chosen for you specifically. Not happy with one part? Swap just that part. The rest of the trip stays exactly as it is.
