Terms of service

By creating an account or using this site you agree to these terms. Bookings you make are additionally governed by our booking terms, which set out our role as agent and how price locks and travel credit work.

You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. You are responsible for bookings made through your account.

Information you give us for a booking — particularly traveller names and dates of birth — must be accurate. Suppliers may refuse travel or charge to correct details that do not match travel documents.

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest or systematically extract pricing or availability data;
• make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or bookings you do not intend to honour;
• attempt to obtain travel credit other than through the mechanisms described in our booking terms;
• interfere with the operation or security of the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, confirmed bookings are unaffected and any travel credit remains redeemable in accordance with our booking terms, unless it was obtained fraudulently.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Prices and availability come from third-party suppliers and change frequently. We take care to display them accurately, but a price is only ever binding once a booking is confirmed or a price lock is active.

Where an obvious error results in a price that could not reasonably have been intended, we may decline the booking and will refund anything paid in full.

We are responsible for the booking service we provide. We are not liable for the performance of the travel services themselves, which are supplied by airlines and accommodation providers under their own contracts with you.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability arising from our booking service is limited to the fees we have received in connection with the booking concerned.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. Changes do not apply retrospectively to bookings already made or price locks already active.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
