Marketplace terms

Last updated 5 August 2026

These terms cover Marketplace add-ons bought through N8Go Travel: travel insurance, eSIMs, airport lounge access, parking and transfers. Each is a separate purchase from any flight, accommodation or Travel Lock, charged and confirmed on its own.

Pilot stage: read this before you rely on it

Travel insurance is underwritten by a named third-party insurer (Sitata) — a real, regulated policy, with its own policy documents shown before you buy. The other add-ons below (eSIMs, lounge access, parking, transfers) are currently provided directly by N8Go on a pilot basis while it transitions to named third-party suppliers. Treat those pilot add-ons as not equivalent to a fully regulated third-party product until a named supplier is in place for them.

1. Our role

For travel insurance, N8Go acts as agent: we introduce you to the product and handle the purchase on your behalf, while the named insurer (Sitata) is the party actually providing the cover and the counterparty to that contract. Their own terms and conditions, including how to make a claim, apply and are shown to you before you buy.

For the other add-ons (eSIMs, lounge access, parking, transfers), until a named third-party supplier is in place, N8Go is the immediate provider of that add-on itself, on the pilot basis described in the notice above, rather than as agent for a third party.

2. Buying an add-on

Insurance is quoted against the real dates and cost of a specific trip in your account, because the price depends on them. The other add-ons are sold at a fixed price shown before you buy. Each Marketplace purchase has its own charge, confirmation and reference, never combined with a flight, accommodation or Travel Lock payment.

Where your Membership tier includes a discount on an add-on, or a number of free lounge credits each year, that is applied automatically and shown before you confirm the purchase.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Once a named third-party supplier is in place for an add-on, cancelling or amending it is governed by that supplier’s own terms, in the same way as a flight or accommodation booking. See our booking terms for how that generally works. Until then, contact us directly about a Marketplace purchase and we will deal with it fairly on a case-by-case basis, since a formal third-party cancellation policy does not yet apply.

4. Insurance specifically

Insurance is underwritten by a named third-party insurer (Sitata); N8Go acts only as an introducer or broker, and does not underwrite the risk, decide claims, or hold itself out as an insurer. Claims are made to, and decided by, the underwriter under the policy wording they provide at the point of purchase — you can also open a claim from your account, which N8Go passes directly to the insurer on your behalf, but the insurer alone reviews and decides it. Nothing on this platform is insurance advice or a recommendation that a particular policy suits your circumstances. You should read the policy wording and check it meets your needs before buying.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
